At Daisy Day Brands, every item is made just for you. Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Why All Sales Are Final
Each piece we create is personalized through embroidery or screen printing, tailored to your specific design, size, and color choices. As a result, we’re unable to restock or resell customized items.

While we can’t offer returns or exchanges, we stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives with:
A manufacturing defect
An error on our part (e.g., wrong design, incorrect size, or color from what was approved)
Or any damage during shipping
Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
